South Tahoe Public Utility District is requesting proposals from qualified technology consulting firms to assist with the development of a 5-Year Information Technology Strategic Plan, in accordance with the specifications and general terms and conditions. The District will award a contract to the contractor whose offer represents the “best value” to the District, price and other factors considered.
