Did you know that at least one gallon of water is saved for every glass of water not served? In the Sierra there is never enough water to waste.

The Districts invites local Restaurants to participate in a Water Upon Request Program free of charge. The District will provide free menu stickers and a plaque that indicate the Restaurants’ involvement in the conservation program.
