It is our mission that Underground Repair will:

1. Respond to all emergencies in a safe, timely, and professional manner.

2. Insure that all our equipment is in proper working condition and that we take the appropriate care of all equipment.

3. Insure that paperwork is filled out properly and in a manner that reflects our professionalism.

4. Insure that we are ready to go to work on time, in the appropriate work uniform, and that we take all our breaks following the prescribed schedule.

The Underground Sewer department maintain approx. 420 miles of sewer main ranging in size from 6" - 24" with approximately 6500 manholes. The crew responds to and resolves customer complaints regarding the collection system. Our objective is to have ZERO overflows.
