To:

• Ensure the District has a workforce of high quality employees who perform their jobs efficiently and with pride, in meeting the District's needs.
• Ensure a safe work environment and promote safety awareness in all employees.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service to District employees and "customers".
• Maintain consistency in all personnel and safety practices and communicate same to all employees, so as to ensure the best possible working conditions, and promote a team spirit among all employees.
• Administer comprehensive benefits programs for employees and strive to enhance same, within budgetary and labor relations guidelines.
• Obtain cost effective insurance policies for the District and minimize District exposure to potential looses.
