Department Mission and Goals

The Equipment Repair Department maintains 90+ pieces of equipment. This includes cars, pick-up trucks, and dump trucks, as well as backhoes, mobile and standby generators.

The goal of this crew is to keep all trucks, cars, and various heavy equipment in safe running and working condition. The crew also advises the District when it is more cost effective to replace vehicles or equipment. The equipment ranges in age from 1990 through 2011.
