Welcome to the South Tahoe Public Utility District, providing sewer and water service to the community of South Lake Tahoe since 1950. Two time winner of the U.S. EPA's Wastewater Treatment Plant of the Year.

The South Tahoe Public Utility District is a public agency formed in 1950. The District provides wastewater collection, treatment and recycling and drinking water to the community of South Lake Tahoe.
